Notes to Authors

Each manuscript is reviewed by the editor for general suitability for this journal. For those considered suitable, reviewers will be selected and a double blind review process will take place. Using the recommendations of the reviewers, the editor will then decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised or rejected for publication.

Please submit, in your cover letter to the editor submitted online with the manuscript, the names, affiliations and e-mail addresses of four potential referees. Note that the editor will decide whether or not these reviewers are contacted.
